Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset vowed to have and to hold each other and their winemaking heritage in 1951, two third-generation champagne producers coming together to form a winemaking powerhouse. In 1994 their son Dominique and his wife Florence took the reins, but now the 18-hectare property in Côte des Blancs and Sézannais in Champagne is run by their granddaughter Cecile and her husband Vincent. Tradition and know-how, together with the most modern winemaking techniques, are the added value of Pertois-Moriset.
