We ship to any address in EU with UPS
DELIVERY FEE - AUSTRIA
We offer a free delivery within Austria for orders above EUR 195. On orders under EUR 195 a shipping flat rate of EUR 10 will be automatically added at the checkout.
DELIVERY FEE - EUROPE
We offer a free delivery within Europe for orders above EUR 395. On orders under EUR 395 a shipping flat rate of EUR 12-20 depending on shipping address will be automatically added at the checkout.
SALES CONDITIONS

These conditions apply to sales of products by https://bubblebistrot.com to private individuals. This website is directed exclusively to private individuals. BUBBLE BISTROT GmbH maintains full ownership of the product until full payment has been obtained.
It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the selected box, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
All packages are sent with DPD from our warehouse in Langenlois, Austria. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after it has been placed unless notified by BUBBLE BISTROT GmbH.
PROOF OF AGE
All BUBBLE BISTROT products/boxes require a signature. We do not sell and deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18. By buying and placing the order with BUBBLE BISTROT, a customer confirms that he/she is above the age of 18. Our team and our couriers reserve the right to ask for an ID upon delivery of products or to not deliver the products if unsure about the recipient's age.
SAFE DELIVERY
All our products and product boxes are safely packed in specialised boxes meant for delivering bottles safe and sound. BUBBLE BISTROT boxes are shipped in additional transportation box, so that your order safely reaches its destination and has no transportation stickers on the original packaging or hard damage.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase as we want all our customers to receive high quality products.
We do respect the choice of our customers and accept that everyone has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products. You will still have to go through a procedure by sending as an email to hello@bubblebistrot.com including the invoice number, name, date of receiving the products and an explicit statement about the withdrawal. Note that, in this case all the return costs are upon the customer. We will be able to refund only if the products are in a resalable condition once we get them back and they undergo an inspection procedure.
However, if there is something wrong with the product box you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service via hello@bubblebistrot.com.
We recommend inspecting the packaging and checking the delivered products upon the time the product is delivered and the delivery note is signed. If any damage made to the original packaging is visible, please inform the delivery service, document the damage and make a photo proof. Contact our customer service hello@bubblebistrot.com.
When you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period after the item is returned.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, and cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and returns form found in the packaging and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. Please ensure the item is unused, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales and returns sent to you in the package.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
FAULTY, CORKED OR OUT OF CONDITION BOTTLES
If you suspect a bottle you have purchased at BUBBLE BISTROT is corked, faulty, or out of condition, we kindly ask that you reseal the bottle and contact our customer service hello@bubblebistrot.com within 24 hours. When returning a bottle, please, make sure it contains at least ⅔ of the content. We will get in touch with collection arrangement details. The bottle will be inspected by BUBBLE BISTROT. Faulty bottles will be refunded or replaced, subject of availability. Please keep in mind that we can only offer refunds, coupons or replacements up to 60 days from the original purchase, providing that the bottles have been properly stored.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To return a faulty product or product that does not match your ordered product, you have to contact our customer service hello@bubblebistrot.com and we will organize the parcel pickup service at your desired destination.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.
Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and if the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are processed in the warehouse, excluding the initial shipping cost.
CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTIES, VAT & TAX
VAT and taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and they are indicated in the final step of your order confirmation. If your delivery country charges, customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office.
