MOUSSÉ FILS
Growers for 12 generations, winemakers for 4, the Moussé men have as much trust in the grape as we do in the power of champagne to turn any party around. Eugène Moussé had a head start being one of the first growers in the canton to vinify his own champagne in 1923. Now their vineyards spread across three different villages in the Marne river valley, a charming location that surely inspired the current head of house Cédric in his pursuit of an entirely eco-conceived winery. The driving goal? Produce better and clean.
