Emmanuel Brochet is a fast-growing star in the champagne scene if the long waiting list is any indication. Diverging from the beaten path, he's chosen to go organic since 2011. His Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier vines couldn't be happier on their 2.5 hectare patch of land in Villers-aux-Noeuds which Brochet tends to with the utmost care. He believes organic farming has made his work more harmonious and created wine of better quality, richer expression, and extra length on the palate. Another way he strives for harmony is through artistic expression and making rocking chairs out of old barrels.
