Since 2013 his 6-hectare estate in Landreville has been subject to organic agriculture, resulting in grapes that have been spun into gold. Remember what we said about unique personalities? Each new champagne release is numbered sequentially and given a new artist label to make it unforgettable. His champagnes pair beautifully with various foods so it's no surprise they are included in world-famous restaurant wine menus. The only surprise that awaits is a pleasant one!
