And let's keep rocking. 1000% Pinot Noir from Herbert. Did he mean 100%? No, 1000%, and when we talk about the energy and concentration of this champagne, it's totally true. Despite the laws of math, Herbert is the master of blending. And definitely one of the first ones to crack the modern code of champagne labels.
