50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, brut nature. Base years from Charles' father, Robert. The champagne was launched in 2017, so it has now reached a very mature post-degorgement phase.
The cuvée is called La Moderne for Modernists, which was the name of Martins Pilens champagne bar.
Modernists champagne has three different labels.
